Wait, does the rest of the US not have these?
They show up very rarely when Frito Lays wants to do a limited release, but they're not something I usually see in my local grocery stores anymore.
As an American based on the amount of random Canadian currency I've had In my hands having never been north of the border I can only assume if they were Canadian they would have accidentally had more than a quarter us dollar in random US change in their entire life.
