Which Helpdesk/Ticketing-System do you prefer? (alien.top)

Hi there. I'm currently looking into setting up a helpdesk website and was first introduced to Peppermint and UV-Desk.

I've been looking into Otobo Trudesk and Zammad as well.
Just looking at these three over Peppermint and UV-Desk, I think I'll end up going with one of those.

Do you have any opinions on these or is there a third option you prefer?

I’ve been using Zammad professionally for years. Can recommend it.

Yeah i may go with that. The UI looks very clean which is always a major plus in my book
