This is a serious misconception. In the us medical professionals are obligated to provide care regardless of if you can pay or not.
Yes but what level of care...
Only to the point where you won’t imminently die. You’re not going to get chemotherapy though if you’re dying of cancer, so yes they will let you die.
So you live but are in huge Dept that you are unable to repay so it goes down to future generations...
