Someone should have asked the judge if they would be ok with a 66 year old janitor groping their crotch for 10 seconds in the court room right now
I think you meant 9 seconds. 9 seconds are alright.
I mean one could grope him in the face for a very small amount of time and should be fine /s
Welll, pretty sure they would be okay and manage to finish within that timespan too.
