Full screen ad on Xbox for Modern Warfare 3 (www.ign.com)

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is a multi-platform release, but that isn't stopping Xbox from giving it the full first-party treatment. Xbox users booting up their console today were greeted with a large splash screen prompting them to buy it now that the new campaign is out, and some of them aren't too happy about it.

its pretty gross, keep ads off the home screen. Microsoft is just so bad for their shitware, I have a mac at home and use pc at work and its unbearable sometimes. the amount of restarts, ads, messages is nuts, edge is awful, I hear they've patented a system to embed ads in search results for files, its brutal.
