MODERATORS
The ring is hilarious, but the water wings are even more bizarre. They're both lucky they didn't drown if they are that lacking in water confidence. As an Aussie I tend to forget there are grown adults who can't swim out there, but this is bizarre even so!
If my options were nothing or the water wings/ring they used, I'm going to take my chances without those things. The wetsuit is useful (both for warmth and buoyancy), but I would expect the toys to do more harm than good.
