MODERATORS
They used to make adapters that would go in-between the main power supply 24 pin and the motherboard, and hook to the 24pin connector of the secondary so it turns the secondary of and on with the primary. They were very useful for FX systems with multiple r9 290s. I would think you should still be able to buy them.
