CNN is pushing a misleading agenda about the democrats, do tell us more about your exciting conspiracy theory.
The guy was in the role for over twenty years. Way before the Obama administration. That’s a fact.
This article intentionally associates the actions of someone unrelated to the Obama administration... with the Obama administration.
I don’t need to know their motives to point out that fact.
The fact that US government has been consistently deplorable regarding of which party is in charge isn't really the gotcha you seem to think it is.

The only troll that's trying hard here is you my dude. I provided you with research analyzing decades of US policy showing that it doesn't serve the interests of the public regardless of which party is in charge. The fact that this is the only response you have says all I need to know about you.
All you did was show your motive for posting an intentionally misleading article.
