Pihole or Adguard, what is better? (alien.top)

Right now I have pihole, it works really good but pivpn and wireguard don't, I don't know what to do, so I think I should change to Adguard with wireguard

I use both, PiHole seems to catch everything adguard home misses in my experience and using both together provide the best blocking
