Quick question for the over 30's crowd:
How many times a month would you go for a big night out, and roughly how much do you spend?
Trying to sort my budget out. Fun Saturday night activity lol
I just realised I'm spending a shitload (upto 5x) the norm on nights out. Time to tighten the belt a bit.
0 times a month.
I'm 40 and I'd have to try to remember which year was the last time I went for a big night out
I'm a year older and I'm going out every weekend trying to live out my wasted youth lol
That's the plan for 2024. Just gotta be reasonable with the amount of drinking. Don't want to get health issues.
Sadly these days not very often if at all but if I did when I used to go out to the comedy festival I’d budget for dinner, transport and a drink or two.
0-1.... As little as possible. Shit's expensive these days hey
Once per month. Maybe About $80
Over 40: Meal transport and a few beers $80-$100. Heavy drinking or drugs will easily add hundreds. I can't remember the last time I went out or bought drugs. I think I bought some ket about four years ago. I don't know where to buy drugs from anymore.
I only drink, but it adds up fast with transport included. Last time I spent about 350 and it was eye opening the next day lpl
I've worked in bars and pubs, drinking in them really doesn't appeal to me.
If we’re doing a big dinner out, maybe once every 4-5 weeks on average, and probably around $30-50 each. If we go out for a casual dinner, it’s closer to $30-40 pp.
