No dumbass, because incels and bigots want petite little soft pillows they feel like they can control easier. They’re saying muscles = men only, not only misogynistic but homophobic too
They're not a dumbass for having an incorrect thought. The question mark shows they weren't sure.
It can also show incredulity. That's the unfortunate truth of communicating on the internet, shorter statements are often vaguer as they don't generally provide necessary context.
Maybe it was a “dumbass” of endearment.
Like when I say it to my boss? At least that's my defense anyway.
