Unfortunately this is a 20 peso bill
Frame it in a bill protector, and find a good estimate for what it's worth. Idk foreign currency or even American currency, but this sort of thing can end up being worth ridiculous and humorous amounts of cash if you find the right collector...
Sell it. Someone will pay hundreds of dollars of it.
