My mom and dad genetically gifted me with perfect skin, perfect vision, perfect teeth, mesomorphic body frame which is basically like Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears in their prime. I'm an aerial acrobat, a dancer, a yoga instructor, distance runner, licensed skydiver, army veteran. I was blessed with a good body. And yes strong bones, I've never broken a bone. Yes tolerance to disease, excellent immune system. never had problems there.
okay but as I'm getting older, everything hurts. My shoulders hurt, my back hurts, my knees hurt 😢 I mean like really really hurts. What hurts most is standing still in lines like at the post office today. I pretty much have to do constant yoga in line and I'm pretty sure everyone around me has opinions about the weirdo doing yoga in line while everyone else is standing still like mannequins
