Eh? The Chilli Peppers have quite clear and easy to understand lyrics.
This platform will upvote anything.
I think OP overestimates the vocabulary of 18 month old, as the RHCP does have some lyrics that can appear to be random babble.

Yeah, they're not hard to understand.
The actual song lyrics are pretty easy to understand.
