That is pretty standard for an app that has ads an in-app purchases.

To see if you purchased the app. You have to keep in mind that these descriptors are very broad and even a miniscule use of one requires it be disclosed.

Oof. That's looks very bad indeed. Is it oficially released yet? I've seen it before on beta/test versions of apps to ease debugging. Public release versions are usually very different regarding data collection needed.
