Do you know when they will get back to you?

What’s the government job looking like? More work or more advanced skill set required?

Hopefully tomorrow at the latest. It would greatly grow my skillset and career in general.

Government job is actually easier, but contract is only 6 months. Wouldn't be learning anything new, but pay is remarkable.

So pros and cons to each.

Ah ok.

Hope you hear back from them soon.

A 6 month contract seems risky if they don’t sign you on for more time or extend it even if the pay is great and also as you’ve said it doesn’t offer you any growth as well.

Oh absolutely but it's just under a years salary after tax, but in 6 months. Hard to resist. But definitely would rather the stability with a normal role.
