New guide on Ico dropped on Gamefaqs (lemmy.world)

I hope this is relevant for the community. In a bizarre coincidence I finished Ico this week (for the very first time, and... what an experience) and, of course, went to Gamefaqs to see what I missed on the first play through. To my huge surprise, there was a new guide, added just a few days back. The guide is on the language of Yorda, kind of similar to some of the previous work done, but a nice addition nonetheless. Really impressed that people are still writing guides on a 20+ year-old game.

For me, I wanted to play it for a long time, finally had the time during the holiday break. I played the Shadow of the Colossus last year, so this year it's ICO. Pretty happy with the PCSX2 emulator.

With ICO, I think it pays off to take it slow. I actually beat it three times now, I think. On my first play through I would often just pause and let the views sink in. It felt so magical for me.

Btw, there is a pretty cool speed run of the game by sanchopanda on GDQ
