but who do i talk to and what do i say if i were to?
Dude just learn how to drive. Practice and study hard for a while, it’s not that hard.
Learning to drive has nothing to do with the driving test though.
It's a monopolistic scam as they know they can deny a lot of people who have no option but to pay again.
Not saying that's impossible but your comment is hilarious. If that kind of driving test scam is the norm, so is probably bribing.
I think it's a lot of Americans who don't understand how it is in other countries, as it's easier and cheaper in the US (I think some states don't even have a practical test?).
Like even in Spain it is common for people to go and do it in a small town as in the main cities the failure rate is awful and you have to wait ~6 months between attempts. It's not exactly outright bribery, but obviously in the small towns they kinda depend on that.
I did my test in a big city in Europe in a country that has very strict rules and a long process to get the license. If you’re good at driving and know the theory you’ll pass the test, if you’re not good at driving you shouldn’t be on the roads and need to practice more.
Not an American but 6 month wait time is crazy. But might the failure rate have something to do with just the fact that big cities are more demanding for a driver?
There's just a lot of people, and few slots. It was rough before and then Covid came and broke it completely.
you can easily kill people driving. learn to drive. if you think they failed you through no fault of yours, try a different place.
