Why people gave up using linux? (lemmy.ml)

The only few reason I know so far is software availability, like adobe software, and Microsoft suite. Is there more of major reasons that I missed?

It doesn’t have to be a walled garden, it could just be a system where they only do first-party development of products they product and leave it to the community to expand to others.
