Not even just cats lmao this guy is just straight up wrong.
Mammals don't give a single fuck about familial relationships. Dogs, cats, bears, deer. Once they reach sexual maturity they will fuck whatever they can. If mom goes into breeding mode and there's no other males to stop them they will fuck their mom without a second thought.
