There's a file-sharing app using I2P that's been revived. It's currently not under active development, but it is fully functional as-is.

There's no working windows version of iMule is there? I haven't found it if there is.

Same, last time i tried iMule it just didn't work... i don't know if this has to do with using i2pd instead of regular java I2P
