My bad! I work in a large warehouse and we have something like 10% vets. My bias of understanding led me to believe that the number was outrageously low. TIL!
Identifying and correcting biases is one of the smartest things a person can do!
10% is a pretty high number. That is pretty awesome of your company. I would bet that they put some effort into a number that high.
