Nobody will answer that question because it is absurd. Nobody is "executing" children except the terrorists on October 7th. During times of war, civilians die. That's the history of warfare. Normally the weaker, losing side in a war will surrender with concessions, but Palestinians are choosing to continue to fight, so the reality is that more civilians will die until the war is over. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is.
Hey, with all sincerity: go fuck yourself.
1 infant and 7 children under ten were killed on October 7.
Israel kills double that each day.
You shit up every thread you participate in.
It's precisely what is happening; I'm simply cutting out the convenient filter of pulling the trigger that releases a 500-2000lb or launches the equivalent missile.
It's especially no different considering we know from IDF whistle-blowers that the IDF threw out their collateral-damage assessment numbers.
It is not Hamas forcing IDF to release these bombs, and it's a false dichotomy fallacy to suggest this is the only option they have. Hell even Israel's biggest foreign aid supporter and ally the US now describes their bombings as, "indiscriminate."
Indiscriminate.
There is fundamentally zero difference in bombing 3-5 children for a "high value" Hamas target and knowing they're there, versus executing them just so one can execute a Hamas soldier. IF you have a problem with one but not the other, then you are demonstrating textbook Cognitive Dissonance.
That's not a "convenient filter". Israelis aren't lining up and executing children, they are using military action against legitimate military targets. In every single war in history civilians, including children, have died. Israeli civilians have died, and Palestinian civilians have died. The losing side could end this at any time - but they choose not to. What purpose is there for Hamas to extend the war? Are they winning? No. Do they have a pathway to victory? No. So why don't they just surrender and stop putting the people who elected them at risk?
You're using euphemisms to justify the exact same thing. Rationalizing the murder of civilians by bUt It'S a MilITary tArGeT doesn't change anything about the comparison whatsoever. It's still premeditated murder of innocent civilians chiefly comprised of women and children.
Known Civilians in vicinity --> Valuable Target in vicinity --> Bombs Dropped Anyway
Known Civilians shot --> Valuable target gets executed in exchange.
No substantive difference.
You should be careful with this line of argumentation, as the logical conclusion you suggest does not bode well for your argument. Considering the Allies bombed 90+ Japanese civilian cities and nuked 2, not to mention Dresden in Germany -- directly targeting civilians and killing nearly a million -- then yes by the same standard what Hamas did on October 7th during a war between two factions could be seen as permissible and excusable just the same. Second to this, it basically excuses Israel from doing whatever it wants as a means to an end. If we entertain your argument here, then nuking Gaza would be on the table and completely reasonable. So, indeed, civilians die. What a wonderfully anti-civilian race-to-the-bottom position this is.
Finally, let's not victim-blame. The Palestinian civilians aren't in control of what Hamas does. Unlike Israel, who claims not to be a terrorist organization and has the supposed moral integrity to cease dropping of bombs. Though I do find it incredibly ironic that:
... And just one last thing: tell me, by killing this many civilians, causing mass starvation, countless orphans and broken families all the while destroying the civilian infrastructure -- do you think that's going to increase or decrease radicalization in the coming decades? lol...
You are constantly presenting your opinions as facts, it's clear you have your opinion on this so I think it's best to leave it at that
"We will only have peace with the Arabs when they love their children more than they hate us" - Golda Meir
Israel wins every time. If idiots want to keep attacking them, they will keep defending themselves.
Well I don't know what to say. I think I've given fact-based or very tightly-woven logical points of reason that have largely gone unchallenged. If what I say here is "opinions as facts," then you most certainly are engaging in that two-fold.
I have to chuckle at you quoting my question, then deflecting yet again with what appears to be a Tu Quoque / Whataboutism / Two-Wrongs-Make-a-Right fallacy. I swear, there's a pattern between people who have an aversion to giving a direct response to a question and having an incredibly weak argumentative position.
The two open questions remain:
Let me know when you're ready to directly answer them.
I love how you paraphrased the reality of war template.
