So you can make fish in a dishwasher. You take like a salmon fillet and put it with oil and spices into a Ziploc bag and put it on the top rack. Then wash dishes like normal. It'll poach the fish. I've had it and it was not terrible!
It's not terribly safe, either. I think Ann Reardon did a debunking episode on YouTube about this. It's worth a watch.
Is this one of those things you try just for the novelty of it, or is there an advantage to dishwasher poached salmon? Does it work from frozen?
