For video game music I really love the whole Transistor soundtrack (Darren Korb) and basically everything from Surviving Mars.
TV would probably have to be Kick Back, the theme from Chainsaw Man.
Edit to add: One Winged Angel But The Genre Keeps Changing is a lot of fun, especially if you know (and like) the original
Love Darren Korb, Bastion and Hades OSTs do it for me, they're great. Although I do feel that generally playing the game does play a lot on your interest on the sound track. I'd say my only exception is the DOOM soundtrack, never played the game but man, that album is awesome
