Cast irons are great for pancakes.

Honestly never tried them for pancakes... but I've only had mine for a couple years and just basically bust em out for what I know...

Mine is decently seasoned and it was better non-stick than a non stick pan. 10/10 would recommend.

Well now you know and can give 0ancakes a whirl! I think my cast iron does a great job with them and it helps build seasoning too.
