The second part of the “secret” stuffing at the elections in St. Petersburg was published

It shows two women performing “tricks” with a ballot box to distribute the ballots they had previously cast.

“Observers of St. Petersburg” write that, most likely, the video shows polling station No. 5 of the Admiralteysky district at school No. 260.

I dunno if I believe it. All you need to do is "count" the ballots. There's no need for actual ballots. I assume this is something else being misrepresented.

Putin in no way allowed a fair election. He's a tyrant. I just don't agree that this is what it says it is.
