Take with a grain of salt of course but Punk has finally begun spilling some tea so here we go!:

On Tony Khan: "He's not a boss. He's a nice guy. And I think ultimately that is a detriment to the company. But it's not my company. I'm an outsider."

On signing with WWE: CM Punk tells Ariel Helwani that he signed his WWE contract and walked right into Gorilla position before WWE Survivor Series. He says "I'd be surprised if you needed more than two hands" to count the people who knew he was doing it. He said Triple H, Nick Khan, his wife and lawyers knew. (note: not counting production).

CM Punk confirms FightfulSelect 's reporting that no audible was called during the Royal Rumble due to his injury.

CM Punk said folks at AEW were mad about him showing up backstage at RAW. He says the word betrayed was used

On Vince: “I'm shocked at how dumb he was, writing stuff down, and leaving a paper trail. It's horrific. I think all the energy should be done to make reparations and amends -- there are victims here"

CM Punk says it was Tony Khan's idea to do the split shows (Collision) and separate people. Punk wanted his release, said he didn't feel wanted. Says AEW wasn't "a real business."

CM Punk says he asked Jack Perry why he does "dumb internet shit." Perry told him to do something about it. Punk says "I didn't punch somebody. I just choked somebody a little bit." Joe broke it up. Says he turned to Khan, told him AEW was a joke, and he quit. Then wrestled.

CM Punk says he made a lot of friends in #AEW. Says the positives outweigh the negatives. "I thought I was coming in to help. To help business. If I could teach something, great. And I think I was just brought in for other reasons."

Ariel Helwani: If Nick Khan wasn't CEO of WWE right now would you be back? CM Punk: No, I don't think so. Punk says that even before Nick Khan was officially with WWE, he was trying to get Punk back into WWE circa 2019.

CM Punk - Can't answer the question if he hurt his triceps in match with Mox or Brawl Out because of NDA (Note: Oh THAT he can't tell us because of NDA? Fucker basically spent the last hour telling us details down to the colour panties he was wearing when he got fired but he can't tell us THIS?! Fuck outta here rofl.)

CM Punk said the way he handled certain things at AEW was a trauma response for how he didn’t get what he needed as a child.
