A company with a few thousand active users who has a multi-billion dollar valuation, yes.
The fact that it could lose $4B in market cap tells you how absurdly overvalued that knock-off Mastadon instance has become. Trump did the equivalent of opening a Discord channel and listed it on the NYSE for a comically high value.
