I see what you're talking about. He draws in several different styles, sometimes depicting middle eastern people with long noses, bulbous noses, small noses, and even no noses at all. Same with European characters. I don't see a definite pattern relating to the content or those depicted but I haven't made a study out of it. For what it's worth, the cartoonist is Egyptian.

I'm still hesitant to claim this cartoon was bigotry, intentional or otherwise. It's a pretty weighty claim and one I don't think should be made as lightly as with the previous commenter. I also suspect they meant prejudice or simply antisemitism as it's difficult to determine bigotry from one example.

I'm not just hesitant to claim it's bigotry - I'm outright refusing to without further evidence for all the reasons you outlined. There's nothing bigoted about the way the soldier is drawn because that's not even accurate to the stereotype at all
