Yeah, when people are banging on your car windows and another vehicle pulls up and you wife and child are panicking you're definitely going to notice every single fucking thing going on around you and not make any errors due to a rush of adrenaline or a fear that you're going to be murdered.

This man should be found not guilty 100%. That they would try him at all exposes the corruption of the state.
