Tom from MySpace really is the nicest guy on this list...he was my first friend on there! ๐
This girl is also temporarily homeless, which is why she was so tired. Adds a whole extra level to this...
...and from a single meme we see the great divide between Gen X/Millenials and Gen Z. Poor Toto!
As awesome as it is that they even entertained the idea of female firefighters...how ridiculous is it that they were more concerned with fashion rather than function...
Aha - Take On Me ...such a mesmerizing video. A girl reading a comic is sucked into a world in between the two realities. Really cool artistically and you can't help but wish you could see more of the story.
Near Antigonish in Nova Scotia is a forest called Dagger Woods...the sign is right on the main highway. The story goes that a young lady was killed there a few centuries ago and you can hear her screams. First far away and then it slowly gets closer and louder till it's piercing loud. Nothing bad happens but super freaky!

"Oh my god! We're having a fire! Sale!"
No personal experience here at all, but to anyone who finds this fascinating/crazy, I absolutely recommend a read of "Sing Backwards & Weep" by Mark Lanegan. It's a personal account of his struggles as an addict while being the lead singer of "Screaming Trees" during the late 80s - 90s "grunge" era. He doesn't hold back at all. Couldn't put it down.
