Thanks! The one surviving sushi joint in Bridge Road Richmond has these - top and tailed two to a pack. Haven't been in there for a while, so I was happy to see these and a very nice selection of very pretty bento boxes. Real works of art. Wabi Sushi near corner of Church St if anyone else is interested.

I'm going to have to check this place out soon! On the hunt for some authentic sushi since Popula in Ivanhoe is no more.
