You know, even within Germany there are stereotypes and animosities against other German tribes. I consider that siblinghood, not racism.

I mean you can of course choose what to believe in this respect, but it's right there in the article. Finns used to be the shittily treated migrants in Sweden. Now it's other groups who get the brunt of that racism.

You've had a pretty shitty siblings in that case. If someone thinks you're lesser because of your genetics or "race" then I'd consider that racism. And Swedes certainly thought that of Finns. Huge parts of Europe considered that of each other until fairly recently.
