It's young folk speak for ass.

Stick out your GYAT for the Rizzler.

I think the origin is people saying GYAT when they see a nice ass and then GYAT just became ass.

Slang that went something like "god damn!" -> "gyat damn!" -> "gyat!"

Generally said when you see a big booty.
