I bought a humidifier a few years ago but never used it. Mainly because I was worried about the water settling on a nearby powerboats and causing problems, but I've found a nice place for it to live in my room not so close to electronics that I'm too worried. I didn't know what to put into it so I just used a couple drops of lemon juice until I get some essential oils. Omg this is so nice. Nobody told me it was more like a vapour than steam. I just assumed it was a heating element that steamed a tank of water out a little hole in the top.

I still am a little concerned about potential humidity issues and mould, but I might just run it for a couple of hours before bed to make a nice smelly atmosphere with some lavender or something

Edit: I'm just now realising that a diffuse and a humidifier are not the same thing. I have a diffuser, not a humidifier

I'm more intrigued as to why you have multiple high-speed watercraft in your house...

(Sorry couldn't resist - downvote as appropriate...) :|

Oh. I don't know why but my keyboard just sort of decided one day that powerboard isn't a word and I mean powerboats. Which is ironic because if I try to type power board it tells me that powerboard is just one word and not 2. But then tells me powerboard isn't a word....
