Pretty sure €4000 fine is not that big of a problem for Apple
Are you sure, Apple is a very small startup. I don't think they can handle that big of a fine. It's clearly a very big deal

Interesting point, presumably it would actually be illegal for Apple to pay the fine. You know, because Russia is sanctioned and you're not allowed to give them stuff.
