MODERATORS
First week in a higher role nearly over and I must say I'm enjoy it.
Slightly more busy and dealing with new people (who are all super patient).
Best part of it, is I actually have some influence over large decisions. So far my input has been welcomed and respected.
Fingers crossed my old boss stays in his role and I can keep this one ๐
