Have you tried drinking human blood to strengthen yourself to withstand the light longer?
No, but it might be a matter of finding volunteers. I am terribly embarrassed when I cross someone else's boundaries without consent. I had to send a stepdaughter into her sister's room to fetch the house vacuum.
You should try to get to your local hospital and do volunteer work for blood donations. Maybe they will also donate something for you.
