My ex tooth hurts. The paracetamol/ibuprofin combo works fine as a painkiller, but because of the limits you can take in a day I can't take it often enough to remain pain free. So the next few hours are going to be painful so that I can take more later so I'll be able to sleep tonight โ˜น๏ธ

@RustyRaven @LowExperience2368 you can combine paracetamol with non-steroidal anti-inflamatory such as nurofen or voltage to amplify the analgesic effect. Cold pack.
