Fingers crossed for you it all goes well. If they're being genuine and supportive and you're self-aware and trying to improve I reckon you'll be ok. But it's stressful.
Since the redundancies earlier this year I'm the only person in my role so they probably want to hold on to me.
Part of it is the programs I need to deal with, they're so slow and clunky. If I move on to somewhere else things might he a bit better
