Yeah but those are different things.
An alcoholic isn't gonna stop at just one.
And coming from an alcoholic I'd definitely prefer just drinking one per night.
Both are bad but one of them isn't gonna threaten your livelihood/life/personal relationships as much as the other.
EVERY alcoholic starts out stopping at one or two. I started out just having 1-2 after work.
