Getting a hang of waking up early again. Up at 7am today and didn't go back to sleep. Just have to keep it up for another few days and I'll be set for next week.
It’s for good reasons, woohoo! The body will get used to it, and we are past the solstice so sunrise is a tiny bit earlier each day which will make it easier too.

I hope you're stronger than me and can keep it going. I could never get up at a consistent time

When I got up at 6am the other day, I was an utterly useless zombie. Can't be having that next week.
