Can we get a banner and a better community picture? (lemmy.world)

The community is surprisingly active here but it feels kinda empty because of the missing banner picture and it would be nice if we could get some posting rules. Right now it's fine but as the community is growing this will become an issue

Would be nice to have some pinned discussion threads throughout the week in addition to the race ones as well.

There are some AutoMod type bots that exist already for setting up Daily Discussion type threads and whatnot.
