MODERATORS
I'm a teacher aid in a programming course.
"My code isn't working...." that's all... no context, no problem, no question. They just expect me to do magic.
"Could you help me with this or that?" A minute later "Oh nevermind. I found it".
I actually started anticipating the last one. With certain students, I just wait half an hour before I respond.
