I like to completely dunk and wait for the bubbles to stop.

[-] Yondoza@sh.itjust.works 23 points 5 months ago

I only eat drowned Oreos too.

[-] anarchrist@lemmy.dbzer0.com 11 points 5 months ago

What is dead may never die!

I don’t eat Oreos often, but when I do I kick it up a notch. I pour a glass of milk and keep dropping oreos in there til it’s full up to the top. Then I drink the milk and tilt the glass straight up causing the soggy sleeve of cookie mush to slowly slide down into my gaping maw.

I want to make it incredibly clear that we are mortal enemies and have been the day we both knew Oreos.

[-] Jimbabwe@lemmy.world 3 points 5 months ago

Don’t knock it til you try it!

[-] PsychedSy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 5 months ago

You're fuckin' up. Oreo in mouth dry. Milk next. Suck the air out to vacuum soak the Oreo. This also prevents impure milk.

Unless your goal is shitty milk.

[-] H1jAcK@lemm.ee 13 points 5 months ago

wtf you on about? Cookie milk is second best, behind only cereal milk

[-] PsychedSy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 5 months ago

Fucking heathens will burn. You have to learn to use the right amount of milk in cereal so none is left. Otherwise, pure milk is necessary to purge the vileness of the cereal milk.

[-] psion1369@lemmy.world 5 points 5 months ago

You're eating the wrong cereal. Try the extra milk after a honey cereal, your life will change.

[-] PsychedSy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 5 months ago

Abomination.

  1. Pour cereal

  2. Pour milk

  3. Eat cereal

  4. Refill bowl

  5. Repeat 3 and 4 until finished

[-] Flummoxed@lemmy.world 2 points 5 months ago

Ever tried your oreo method with cereal? No measuring and no soggy cereal!

[-] PsychedSy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 5 months ago

Sounds time-consuming for cereals you have to half-sog.

[-] Flummoxed@lemmy.world 2 points 5 months ago

Abomination!

[-] OmnislashIsACloudApp@lemmy.world 21 points 5 months ago

if only Thetis had done what I do with Oreos and stuck a fork in to fully submerge!

[-] rockerface@lemm.ee 10 points 5 months ago

Or get an invulnerable hand in addition to Achilles. Could be useful

[-] DogWater@lemmy.world 1 points 5 months ago

Is this a neurodivergent trait?

Me too.

[-] Empricorn@feddit.nl 10 points 5 months ago

Thetis should have used tongs.

[-] Toes@ani.social 6 points 5 months ago

I ever slightly apply pressure to the cookie while doing that. When the cookie splits it is time to nom

[-] UnderpantsWeevil@lemmy.world 6 points 5 months ago

Yes, except replace milk with vodka.

[-] rambling_lunatic@sh.itjust.works 5 points 5 months ago

Why not dunk it a second time, holding a different spot?

[-] BobaFuttbucker@reddthat.com 5 points 5 months ago

Use a fork to hold the Oreo in and scoop it out. No milky fingers

[-] ValenThyme@reddthat.com 3 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago)

Did y'all know you can't dunk oreos in chocolate milk? Like you can but it doesn't do anything to them they don't get soft!

[-] spongeborgcubepants@lemmy.world -2 points 5 months ago

Nah because milk is disgusting

[-] Wizard_Pope@lemmy.world 2 points 5 months ago
