They like imagine themselves as providing "inspiration" to less worthy people, who will do the dirty work.
The stochastic guys aren't stochastic because actual acts of violence are inaccessible to them.
They're stochastic because they are cowards.
ICE would not be having the recruitment problems it does if these dudes were eager to come out from behind their keyboards
