Looks like CyberChef, can anyone confirm which one is better? CyberChef is a standalone HTML page IIRC.

It's like a subset of the utilities on it-tools.tech but other than that is a kind of a clone.

Seems like it allows self hosting as well. It seems to have more stuff indeed.

According to GitHub, development of DevToys predates it-tools by a year. If anything, I'd say they're both inspired by CyberChef.

I didn't intend to say that one was a copy of the other, and certainly I wouldn't think that to be detrimental. (PS. Biologically, a clone would only be possible if it has the same age as the "original". I was using the term only to mean that they're nearly identical.)
