That 16 percent is used to help in lawsuits to try and make the NLRB "unconstitutional"

Used to be one of my staple grocery runs until I read about the union shenanigans. I expect it from places like Starbucks but I would have assumed TJ's was one of the good ones. Sigh.

I stopped going there since they tried to argue the NLRB was unconstitutional. Which has been sad because I like a lot of their food lol.
