Another example of why automatic updates are terrible. If it is my device, I should have the ability to opt out of it changing on its own.
When will the FOSS community make it so we can flash all our ~~smart~~ corporate owned TVs with Linux?
I've got a Hisense 65U6FUA and can't turn off motion smoothing on 4k content. Which sucks, but also this TV's motion smoothing is BAD, it stutters and drops frames like an overloaded PC game with each scene change and whenever things move slowly onscreen. I've got all the image processing options (across multiple menus, of course) turned off.
